Alidad Tash is the Managing Director of 2NT8 and a performance-driven gaming executive with gaming operation and analytical experience in integrated mega-resorts & casinos since 2000. Before 2NT8, he was VP of Strategic Marketing for ten years with the Sands organization (in Las Vegas and Macao), plus seven years with Melco Resorts as SVP of Gaming Operation & Strategy.
Prior to gaming, Alidad worked in medical statistics, as well as the credit card industry. Also co-invented a protective device for an injection or aspiration needle.
Areas of expertise include strategy, analytics, and optimization.
