Jane Guan brings 17 years of high-level industry experience to her latest position as CCO at Pinnacle, where she holds direct responsibility for its B2B brand Pinnacle Solution, as well as the group’s pioneering esports department and casino function.
Having first joined the company as Chief Business Officer – Asia in 2016, having previously held other senior roles in sports betting, including as Operations Director for Bodog Asia, Guan’s success in expanding Pinnacle’s Asian footprint and impact on the broader organization soon made it a natural transition to a global-facing COO role, where she oversaw a broad ops team consisting of Customer Service, Payments, and Fraud and Compliance, as well as the onboarding of four country managers.
Progressing soon after to become CCO, one of Jane’s major successes in her time at Pinnacle has been the launch of its B2B arm Pinnacle Solution, which despite having the foundations of a strong product, required clear, strategic vision to break into an increasingly competitive marketplace. Since launch, she has been pivotal in delivering new operator partnerships, and with over 100 clients onboarded since launch in 2017, Jane’s leadership, vision, and broader impact has been clear to see.
