Lorraine Koo is a driven individual who specializes in Casino Marketing, Customer Service, Player Development, Events and Promotion as well as VIP Services and Casino Operations.
Lorraine has over 22 years of experience in the field of customer service, 15 years of experience with Singapore Airlines, and has been part of the pre-opening team for Marina Bay Sands (Singapore), Galaxy (Macau) and Solaire (Manila/Philippines).
She held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development and VIP Services for Solaire Manila, after serving as Assistant Vice President of Casino Customer Service for Galaxy Macau.
Lorraine was instrumental in the success of the development, opening, and operations for both properties as the Head of Casino Services from pre-opening.
Having worked and opened 3 major casino resorts in Singapore, Macau, and the Philippines, she was able to accumulate extensive experience, a network of players, and strategic marketing partners that will be valuable assets to the corporation.
