Vitaly Umansky

Vitaly Umansky is a seasoned gaming industry and financial executive. Most recently Vitaly was Managing and Senior Analyst at AB Bernstein heading up the Global Gaming sector since 2014. Vitaly spent the first 10 years of his career in consulting and investment banking, initially with Ernst & Young and then PricewaterhouseCoopers, before moving to Merrill Lynch, where he was involved with M&A advisory, high yield and equity financings. He then moved to New Cotai Holdings in 2007 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President for Business Development, evaluating and developing casino, integrated resort, and real estate assets in Macau and Asia. In his prior position before joining Bernstein, Vitaly was a Managing Director in a private equity firm focused on investment opportunities in Asian emerging markets in the leisure, media and hospitality space. Vitaly holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics from Trinity College.
